Field notes from Isla Colon:

This butterfly closely resembles some species of the Satyrid genus Euptychia, particularly E. westwoodi, which is presnt in nearly all habitats on Isla Colon. Both species fly along forest edges, but lagora is more often found on trails in the rainforest interior.
